Early Childhood Investment Initiative

The goal of Connecticut’s Early Childhood Investment Initiative is to ensure that all of the state’s young children are born healthy, grow up healthy and safe, and are ready for school success. This nationally recognized Initiative began in 2005 and involves a broad partnership including state and local government, Connecticut General Assembly, the business, philanthropic and education communities, Connecticut's economic and workforce sectors, and parents and providers.
