Data Quality Campaign. CT K-12 Longitudinal Data Profile  
Although each state's education system is unique, 10 elements are essential in a longitudinal data system. DQC's annual survey results track individual states' progress towards implementing these elements and also the policy implications of creating such longitudinal systems. Based on SDE reports, CT has achieved 7 out of the 10 required core data elements.

We Can Do Better: NACCRRA’s Ranking of State Child Care Center Standards and Oversight
This report tracks each state’s child care standards and oversight, and ranks CT 11th (best) in child care standards but 48th (worst) in oversight.
